Eurocom is once again developing an all new Spyro game to be released
November. This game,
Spyro: A Hero's Tail, will be available on all three of the
major consoles, (Xbox, GameCube, and Playstation2). Xbox Core was able to obtain
a preview copy of this game for previewing purposes.
The first stage of this demo sets the story line for the entire game. Spyro,
who you are in control of, has to save the Dragon Realms from an evil red dragon
who has plagued the land with dark gems. The evil dragon has planted these dark
gems to take control over the world. Now Spyro and his friends must seek and
destroy all of the dark gems planted by the evil red dragon.
Spyro: A Hero's Tail, is expected to be bigger than the previous Spyro
games. Possibly even taking twice as long to completly beat the game. Even
though the game will be bigger it will still be packed with fun and new things
not seen in its predecessor. Spyro now has the ability to perform four different
breath attacks which are fire, ice, electricity, and water. You will not only be
able to play as Spyro but five other characters such as a cheetah, penguin,
dragonfly, and even a mole!
Along with many of these new features, the environment will be innovative and
even morph during gameplay. This is expected to happen say when you destroy all
the dark gems in one area, the environment including the enemies, music,
lighting, objects, and sky could all change from an evil feeling to a good one.
Whether you like pink dragons or not this game will defiantly have a great story
line and be loaded with all new kinds of features and surprises. Check back at
