The Electronic Arts announced on July 28, 2004 about the awaiting of NFL Street 2, it has been scheduled to be released on December 22, 2004. EA Sports has been working extremely hard to expand on its sequel, making it completely redesigned and introducing more challenge to the game. NFL Street 2 has been said to be Xbox Live compatible or you can just play with your friend one-on-one.
The EA Sports team is working on making more features such as, better tackles, wall catches, hurdles, jukes, dives, and passes. As I understand they are also working on making “off-the-wall defensive dives” that will make this game even better than the first. The new features for the defensive line aren’t like the first game, they’ve added many more D-line moves and plays. You can command your players to sidestepping blocks, last ditch diving to tackle the ball carrier, and better agility. If you were to get in rage of the ball carrier you can steal the ball to get the direct strip. With these great new moves it will let all you gamers become more interactive whether it is with your friends or just playing against the computer.
The new game modes and brand new maps are so incredible that you will be playing for hours. There is still the game breaker mode, but now there are two types. You can use is as soon as you get the game breaker or you have the opportunity to save it for a later more needed time and you can also have the chance to earn a game break 2, which would be the best time to use for returning fumbles or taking the ball away from the other team.
Once this game is launched Xbox Core will make sure to put up the full game review. So check then if you think you might be interested in buying the game.
